• General Returns:
  Inactivated software products are eligible for return within 10 days of purchase.

• QuickBooks Products:
  QuickBooks software may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
  A 20% restocking fee applies to all QuickBooks returns or exchanges.

• Defective Items:
  If you receive a defective product, we will replace it with the same item at no additional cost.

• Unopened Items:
  New, unopened items are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping) if returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Installation Support:
  Complimentary remote installation support is available upon request.
